The brand image of the world's most beautiful circus is creativity and renewal! And this year, more than ever! At the initiative of the Bouglione family, the Cirque d'Hiver is getting a makeover. They have just decided on a historic four-year renovation so that this jewel of Parisian heritage can regain its former splendor by 2030! Until then, every summer will be dedicated to the work. June 22, 2026, marks the start of our renovations!
This unprecedented event has deeply moved all members of the circus dynasty: “Imagine the emotion that has overwhelmed us. We are going to rediscover the interior of the Cirque d’Hiver as it was in 1852, even before our family bought it in 1934.” Supported by the DRAC (Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs) and the Île-de-France Region, this work has been entrusted to Stéphane Millet, who is currently working on the renovation of the Opéra Garnier and the Palais de Chaillot. “This is the first time that a Parisian performance venue will almost entirely regain its original appearance!” the architect emphasizes.
