29 April 2026
Acra announces a unique concert at the Cirque d’Hiver in Paris on April 29, 2026, for a one-off performance at this iconic venue. Riding the wave of his recent singles “Ti Bébé” and “Quasimodo” featuring Kalash Criminel, the artist continues his artistic evolution, blending melodic rap, Afrobeat, and French chanson. This exceptional event promises a powerful experience for his fans.
Vacra is a mysterious French artist whose private life is largely unknown, but whose music quickly gained recognition thanks to a unique voice blending rap, melodic elements, Afrobeat, and French chanson. Discovered in 2021 with “Plan Séquence,” he exploded onto the scene with “Tiki Taka” in 2022, then solidified his artistic vision with the EP “Galatée” (2023) and his debut album “Pygmalion,” where he delves deeper into his emotions and recounts his experiences following meteoric success.
Playing with references to mythology (Galatea, Pygmalion, Paphos) without taking them literally, he instead describes the journey of a creator who shapes himself through his work, like a sculptor or painter of sounds and images. With the EP “En Attendant Paphos” (Waiting for Paphos), he reveals the behind-the-scenes process of an artistic rebirth, multiplying collaborations (Josman, PLK, Lacrim, Gims, Soprano, Dinos, Werenoi, SDM, El Grande Toto…) and exploring new musical facets while maintaining his unique style. “Paphos” represents a new, more mature and confident form of his art, heralded by the title track and bold ventures like “Quasimodo” with Kalash Criminel.
