The flamboyant Second Empire decor of the Cirque d'Hiver welcomes the creation of an imaginary opera, to the great arias and choruses of Italian operas: Rossini, Donizetti, Verdi, Puccini... There will also be excerpts from operas rarely staged in Paris, such as Maometto II, La Gioconda, La Wally, I Pagliacci or Cavalleria rusticana.
