The diva will be reincarnated by the singer Belinda DAVIDS who is one of the only contemporary singers to have a range of 4 octaves necessary to interpret the songs of WHITNEY HOUSTON.
Born in 1976, Belinda DAVIDS began her life as a performer in the small coastal town of Port Elizabeth, South Africa, where she spent most of her time in church singing gospel songs. Belinda DAVIDS discovers her future idol on the title "Hold Me", a song which will mark her with its musical style with gospel influences and with its text which resonates with her family values and her modest background. It was a real favorite and a revelation for Belinda DAVIDS who tirelessly practiced singing Whitney HOUSTON at every opportunity, during family reunions, singing competitions and even in the street.
In 2013, destiny knocked at his door. Indeed, John Van Grinsven, creator and producer of “The Greatest Love of All” on Showtime Australia, begins a series of global auditions to find the singer capable of reincarnating WHITNEY HOUSTON in his new production and Belinda DAVIDS succeeds in landing the role main among more than 15,000 candidates. In 2017, Belinda DAVIDS reached new heights when she won the BBC show “Even Better Than the Real Thing”, hosted by Paddy McGuinness. She will give a breathtaking rendition of the title “I Will Always Love You” which she will then perform at the Apollo Theater on Fox TV, hosted by Steve Harvey. Two performances which will forever mark the audience and will be the starting point of a dazzling career followed by more than 200 concerts around the world.
